Return Policies

Please inspect your order upon receipt, if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days, from the date of receipt of the item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The tem must be in the original packaging with tags and please provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@addoz.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, wherein our logistic partner would collect the return package (Shipping Cost for Return of Goods would be borne by us). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Additionally, please note Customized Products, Accessories, Gift Cards, Items on Sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and confirm if your refund is approved. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or bank account or original method of payment within 10 working days.
