About the Founder
The brand "ADDOZ" was founded by Rajni Jajodia, a graduate of the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT). Her journey in the world of design led her to a valuable lesson: that design is essentially a problem-solving process. Inspired by this insight, she set out to address a significant issue in the fashion industry - the wastage of fabric cuttings that often end up in landfills.
Motivated by a desire to make a positive impact, Rajni conceived the idea of integrating fabric cut waste directly into the design elements of her creations. This innovative approach not only aimed to reduce environmental impact but also gave a unique character to the brand's offerings.
The philosophy of ADDOZ revolves around the amalgamation of Indian textiles, vibrant colors, traditional crafts, and the incorporation of fabric cut waste into their apparels and accessories. Meet Velangini, the backbone of Addoz, whose remarkable journey with us began seven years ago as the founder's baby caregiver. Over time, we recognized her passion for clothing and her innate talent for working with fabrics. With encouragement and support, she transitioned from baby caregiver to mastering the intricate art of crafting clothing and accessories and to attending customers with a smile.
She came from nothing, and through her journey, she has become an indispensable part of our Addoz family. Her dedication has played a pivotal role in shaping our brand's identity, and we are immensely grateful for her unwavering commitment to our shared mission. As we celebrate Velangini's seven years with Addoz, we look forward to many more years of creativity, growth, and shared success.

Sham: A Tale of Evolving Skill Set
Enter Sham, a skilled tailor but grappling with various life challenges, including threat to his family due to a burden of debts. However, with some guidance & support, he immersed himself in our creative environment and improved his craft. From being a skilled tailor, he expanded his skills into the realm of patchwork, creating unique and intricate pieces that spoke volumes about his dedication. His story adds another layer to the narrative of our brand, reflecting the shared success of our team members.

Janab Bhai Saab: A Man of Honesty and Integrity
Meet Janab Bhai Saab, as he is popularly known in our fraternity. Due to some personal challenge, he had to leave for his native town and would return only after few months. After he came back, he returned an amount of Rs. 70, which supposedly, he has received in excess from Addoz. He returning such a small excess amount, is a testament to his unwavering honesty.
Initially skilled in embroidery but he evolved himself in the art of cutting and became our CUTTING MASTER. His dedication to his craft and his honesty make him an indispensable part of our creative family.
