Do you offer exchange or return?

Our handmade, free-size products rarely encounter defects. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days, from the date of receipt of the item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The tem must be in the original packaging with tags and please provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I get pieces fit to my personal sizing preferences?

We follow standard sizes but if customer want to have customized fit, we will do it at an additional cost. Please contact us at contact@addoz.in.

Is there a margin in garments?

Absolutely! We will leave margin in our garments, for alteration at your end too.

I have placed an order, when will I receive it?

Processing Time: 7-10 Working Days
Delivery Estimate: 4-7 Working Days
Standard Domestic Orders: 6-10 Working Days

How do I preserve the quality of fabric and dyes?

Since, it’s a patch work design, we would prefer Dry Cleaning. However, at home we can  follow these tips:

  • Hand Wash: Gently hand wash in cold water.
  • Avoid Soaking: Skip soaking to prevent color bleeding.
  • Separate Colors: Wash darks and lights separately.
  • Avoid Sunlight: Keep it away from direct sunlight to prevent fading
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

As of now, we do not offer Cash on Delivery service.
